當電池包的總輸出電壓低于13.5V（±0.4V）時，控制器將觸發(fā)欠壓保護，2s后應停止運行。欠壓后，電池包的總輸出電壓需高于15V（±0.4V）工具才能重新啟動。

When the total output voltage of battery pack is lower than 13.5V (± 0.4V), the controller will trigger the undervoltage protection and stop operation after 2S. After undervoltage, the total output voltage of the battery pack must be higher than 15V (± 0.4V) to restart the tool.

2、過流保護

2. Over current protection

控制器設計了硬件過流保護。硬件過流保護值為150A（±1）。

The controller is designed with hardware over-current protection. The hardware over-current protection value is 150A (± 1).

3、高低溫保護

3. High and low temperature protection

控制器帶有溫度保護功能，溫度采集點為MOS管所在區(qū)域，過溫保護點為90℃，低溫保護點為-20℃。當觸發(fā)過溫保護后，工具停止運行，只有溫度恢復88℃以下，工具方可再次啟動。當觸發(fā)低溫保護后，工具停止運行，只有溫度恢復-15℃以上，工具方可再次啟動。

The controller has the function of temperature protection. The temperature acquisition point is the area where the MOS tube is located. The over temperature protection point is 90 ℃ and the low temperature protection point is - 20 ℃. When the over temperature protection is triggered, the tool will stop running. The tool can be started again only when the temperature is below 88 ℃. When the low temperature protection is triggered, the tool will stop running, and the tool can be started again only when the temperature is above - 15 ℃.

控制器處于待機狀態(tài)（帶電不工作）時，消耗電流小于15mA，處于低功耗狀態(tài)（斷電不工作）時，消耗電流小于30μA，松開啟動開關10~12秒進入低功耗狀態(tài)。

5、軟啟動和電子剎車

為保護電池包和電機，電機的軟啟動時間設置在150~400ms之間。為了開關關斷之后使整機快速停下，增加電子剎車，開關斷開后電機停下的時間是100~400ms。

In order to protect the battery pack and motor, the soft start time of the motor is set between 150 ms and 400 ms. In order to make the whole machine stop quickly after the switch is turned off, the electric brake is added. After the switch is turned off, the motor stops for 100 ~ 400ms.

6、掉電保存設置參數(shù)

為了防止整機掉電之后，整機設置的參數(shù)丟失，在掉電前系統(tǒng)會保存設置參數(shù)，以便再上電讀取，恢復到上電前狀態(tài)。

In order to prevent the setting parameters of the whole machine from being lost after power failure, the system will save the setting parameters before power down, so that it can be read again and return to the state before power on.

7、正反調速和擰松自停

電機可以根據(jù)調速開關設置的方向，繼續(xù)正反轉調速；在整機處于擰松模式設置自停時，整機再檢測沒有負載時，會自動停止，必須要再重新扣下開關才能啟動。

工具在任何情況下停止工作，都必須先斷開啟動開關后才能再次重啟。
