1、初擰扳手，可用電動扳手也可用手動帶響扳手。但無論用哪種扳手施工前都必須進行標定，以便控制初擰扭距值。手動扳手作為終擰工具時，必須每班進行標定，并做好標定記錄。

When the manual wrench is used as the final tightening tool, it must be calibrated every shift, and the calibration record must be made.
2、終檸板手：扭剪型高強螺栓是一種自標量型螺栓，因此終擰只須把高強螺栓尾部螺栓頭擰掉即可，扳手不用標定。

3、終擰緊固時應注意，待梅花頭全部套入套筒后，才能按下電動扳手開關，若內套筒只套入梅花頭尺寸的1/3～1/2長度時按下電動扳手開關，將會造成梅花頭打滑，并且影響套筒的使用壽命。

If the inner socket is only inserted into the 1 / 3 ~ 1 / 2 length of the ring head, pressing the electric wrench switch will cause the ring head to slip and affect the service life of the socket.
4、緊固時，終擰電動扳手應和構件摩擦面保持垂直，扳手傾斜是很容易導致螺栓尾部梅花頭打滑，并易卡殼。

5、使用和保管中應注意防雨、防潮，發(fā)現(xiàn)有異常聲音應立即停機檢查。
