①高強(qiáng)度螺栓連接副的施擰順序和初擰、復(fù)擰扭矩應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求和現(xiàn)行行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)高強(qiáng)度螺栓連接的設(shè)計(jì)施工及驗(yàn)收規(guī)程》JGJ82的規(guī)定。
① The tightening sequence, initial tightening and re-tightening torque of high-strength bolt connection pair shall comply with the design requirements and the current national industrial standard JGJ82 Code for Design, Construction and Acceptance of High-strength Bolt Connections of Steel Structures.
②高強(qiáng)度螺栓連接副終擰后，螺栓絲扣外露應(yīng)為2～3扣，其中允許有10%的螺栓絲扣外露1扣或4扣。檢查數(shù)量：按節(jié)點(diǎn)數(shù)抽查5%，且不應(yīng)少于10個(gè)。
② After the final tightening of the high-strength bolt connection pair, the exposed bolt threads shall be 2-3 threads, and 10% of the bolt threads are allowed to be exposed 1 or 4 threads. Inspection quantity: spot check 5% according to the number of nodes, and no less than 10.
③高強(qiáng)度螺栓連接摩擦面應(yīng)保持干燥、整潔，不應(yīng)有飛邊、毛刺、焊接飛濺物、焊疤、氧化鐵皮、污垢等，除設(shè)計(jì)要求外摩擦面不應(yīng)涂漆。
③ The friction surface of high-strength bolt connection shall be kept dry and clean, free of flash, burr, welding spatter, weld scar, scale, dirt, etc. The friction surface shall not be painted except as required by the design.
④高強(qiáng)度螺栓應(yīng)自由穿入螺栓孔。高強(qiáng)度螺栓孔不應(yīng)采用氣割擴(kuò)孔，擴(kuò)孔數(shù)量應(yīng)征得設(shè)計(jì)同意，擴(kuò)孔后的孔徑不應(yīng)超過1.2d（d為螺栓直徑）。
④ High-strength bolts shall be freely threaded into bolt holes. High strength bolt holes shall not be reamed by gas cutting. The number of reamed holes shall be approved by the design. The hole diameter after reaming shall not exceed 1.2d (d is the bolt diameter).
⑤螺栓球節(jié)點(diǎn)網(wǎng)架總拼完成后，高強(qiáng)度螺栓與球節(jié)點(diǎn)應(yīng)緊固連接，高強(qiáng)度螺栓擰入螺栓球內(nèi)的螺紋長(zhǎng)度不應(yīng)小于1.0d（d為螺栓直徑），連接處不應(yīng)出現(xiàn)有間隙、松動(dòng)等未擰緊情況。
⑤ After the completion of the assembly of the bolted ball joint grid frame, the high-strength bolts and the ball joints shall be firmly connected. The length of the thread of the high-strength bolts screwed into the bolt ball shall not be less than 1.0d (d is the bolt diameter). There shall be no gap, looseness and other untightening conditions at the connection.
