氣動扭矩扳手在使用前必須要確認氣源管路連接是否安裝牢固，壓縮空氣是否可靠，并檢查接頭是否漏氣。

在檢查完之后根據(jù)所需扭矩值和螺栓規(guī)格選擇合適的扭矩套筒。將扭矩套筒插入氣動扭矩扳手的端口中，并保證安裝牢固。將扳手置于螺栓頭上，并啟動氣源供應，待扭矩扳手達到預定扭矩時自動停機。如果需要反擰螺栓，請將方向盤設置為反轉位置，然后重新安裝扭矩套筒并重復上述步驟。
