A torsion wrench is a tool used to tighten high-strength bolts of the torsion shear type. When external objects such as dust or sand adhere to the sleeve, the sleeve should be frequently disassembled and cleaned.

清潔灰塵時，請勿使用苯、松節(jié)油和汽油等有機溶劑，這可能會造成損壞或顏色變化。

When cleaning dust, do not use organic solvents such as benzene, turpentine, and gasoline, as this may cause damage or color changes.

不要損壞電機或讓油和有機溶劑粘附在電機芯上。

Do not damage the motor or allow oil and organic solvents to adhere to the motor core.

使用后，將扳手放在一個鐵盒中，并放在干燥的地方。

After use, place the wrench in an iron box and place it in a dry place.

如果彈射桿耗盡，且彈射裝置失去功能，因此無法再彈射銷尾，則應使用新的彈射桿替換耗盡的彈射棒。

If the ejection rod is depleted and the ejection device loses function, making it impossible to eject the pin tail, a new ejection rod should be used to replace the depleted ejection rod.

需要注意的是，如果彈射尾桿的銷尾未經(jīng)操作就脫出，則須更換內套筒。如果內套筒磨損過多，釘尾會自動出來，這表明可能發(fā)生危險。

碳刷須定期檢查。當碳棒長度小于6mm時，更換原碳刷。注意：碳刷用于兩個位置。碳刷長度應大于6mm。如果長度小于6mm，則更換碳刷。

Carbon brushes must be inspected regularly. When the length of the carbon rod is less than 6mm, replace the original carbon brush. Note: The carbon brush is used in two positions. The length of the carbon brush should be greater than 6mm. If the length is less than 6mm, replace the carbon brush.

維護和檢查期間，關閉開關并使用扳手斷開電源。扳手使用后或暫時無反射時，也應斷開電源。

During maintenance and inspection, turn off the switch and use a wrench to disconnect the power supply. After using the wrench or when there is no reflection temporarily, the power should also be disconnected.

每六個月或20000次（以先到者為準）進行一次檢修。立即與制造商或經(jīng)銷商進行檢修。

Perform maintenance every six months or 20000 times (whichever comes first). Immediately conduct maintenance with the manufacturer or distributor.

扭剪型高強度螺栓安裝規(guī)定：安裝時，高強度螺栓應自由穿入孔內，不得用力敲擊。當螺栓不能自由穿入時，不允許使用氣割擴大孔。相反，需要使用鉸刀鉆孔。在修補孔時，板層應靠近，以防止鐵屑進入板縫。鉸孔后，應使用磨床去除孔邊緣的毛刺和鐵屑。初擰應擰緊螺栓標準軸向力（即設計預緊力）的60%～80%，初擰扭矩值不得小于擰緊扭矩值的30%。從關節(jié)剛度高的地方到無約束的自由端。

Installation regulations for torsion shear type high-strength bolts: During installation, high-strength bolts should be freely threaded into the hole and should not be forcefully knocked. When the bolt cannot penetrate freely, gas cutting is not allowed to expand the hole. On the contrary, it is necessary to use a reamer to drill holes. When repairing holes, the board layer should be close to prevent iron filings from entering the board joints. After reaming, a grinder should be used to remove burrs and iron filings from the edge of the hole. The initial tightening should be tightened to 60% to 80% of the standard axial force (i.e. design pre tightening force) of the bolt, and the initial tightening torque value should not be less than 30% of the tightening torque value.
