1、定扭矩電動扳手接通電源前應先查看電源電壓是否與本產品銘牌相符，是否有接地裝置。當電源電壓超出+10%時應采取穩(wěn)壓措施，否則會影響控制精度。接地不良易造成事故。
1. Before the constant torque electric wrench is connected to the power supply, check whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the product's nameplate and whether there is a grounding device. When the power supply voltage exceeds + 10%, voltage stabilizing measures should be taken, otherwise the control accuracy will be affected. Poor grounding is easy to cause accidents.
2、定扭矩電動扳手使用的環(huán)境溫度為-10℃-40℃，過高過低都會影響控制精度。

3、被擰螺栓的初始扭力不得大于工具的額定扭力的70%。螺栓達到額定扭力后不得重擰。

4、工具用于拆卸螺栓時，其扭力不得大于額定扭力值。一般情況下，不是本扳手擰緊的或銹蝕嚴重的螺栓，不宜用本扳手拆卸，以免造成工具損壞。
4. When the tool is used to remove the bolt, its torque shall not be greater than the rated torque value. Generally, bolts that are not tightened or seriously rusted by this wrench should not be removed by this wrench to avoid tool damage.
5、變換旋轉方向時，必須待電機停止轉動后進行，嚴禁在運轉中撥動正反開關。

6、當扳手自動停止后即可松開開關（如果不斷開開關，過5秒鐘扳手就會自行啟動）待4-5秒后再進行開動扳手，否則扳手不能啟動。
6. When the wrench stops automatically, the switch can be released (if the switch is opened continuously, the wrench will start automatically after 5 seconds) and the wrench can be started after 4-5 seconds, otherwise the wrench cannot be started.
7、螺栓直徑的大小對控制精度有一定的影響，施工中應用相同型號的螺栓連接付來標定扭力值，而且使用一段時間后還應進行檢驗校定。

8、工作前應開機空轉3-5分鐘。操作中如發(fā)現(xiàn)電機火花大，聲音異常，扭力不穩(wěn)定時，應立即停機檢查，切勿帶病工作。
8. Start the machine and idle for 3-5 minutes before operation. If the motor sparks, abnormal sound and unstable torque are found during operation, stop the machine immediately for inspection and do not work with diseases.
9、定期清洗和更換油脂，一般在工作5000次后，應進行一次清洗加油，以延長使用壽命。
9. Clean and replace the grease regularly. Generally, after 5000 times of operation, clean and add oil once to prolong the service life.
10、主機上的電源開關，碳刷，控制儀上的保險絲等均屬易損件，容易引起故障，應經常檢查，及時更換。

11、使用中如發(fā)現(xiàn)工具上的螺釘松動，應及時緊固。

12、搬運工具時不可提拉電纜線，并注意輕拿輕放，防止震動和摔碰。不用時應放在通風干燥處。如發(fā)現(xiàn)受潮應及時進行干燥處理。不可與酸、堿等有害物質氣體接觸或存放在一起。
12. When handling tools, do not lift or pull cables, and pay attention to handle with care to prevent vibration and falling. When not in use, it should be placed in a ventilated and dry place. In case of damp, it should be dried in time. Do not contact or store with acid, alkali and other harmful substances.
