依據(jù)扭矩M與預拉力成正比的閉系,先用一般扳手將螺帽發(fā)端擰緊,而后采取可顯現(xiàn)扭矩值的扳手擰決定的扭矩值。

依據(jù)板層間密切交觸后,高強度螺栓的轉化角度與螺栓的預拉力成正比閉系決定的一種方式。緊固時,先用短扳手將螺帽擰沒有轉化的位子,而后再用長扳手將螺帽擰決定位子,以到達預拉力。

When tightening, first screw the nut to the position without conversion with a short wrench, and then screw the nut to the decision position with a long wrench to reach the pre tension.

3、擰斷螺栓尾部

用于扭剪型高強度螺栓,此螺栓有一特制的尾部。緊固時,用扳手套住螺栓和螺栓尾部,一個套筒正轉,另一個套筒回轉,在螺帽擰緊到必定水平時,螺栓尾部擰斷。因為螺栓尾部的槽口深度是按擰斷扭矩和預緊拉力之間的閉系決定的,所以擰斷時便到達相應的預拉力值。
