1、接通電源前應(yīng)先查看電源電壓是否與本國(guó)產(chǎn)品銘牌相符，是否有接地裝置。當(dāng)電源電壓超出+10%時(shí)應(yīng)采取穩(wěn)壓措施，否則會(huì)影響控制精度。接地不良易造成事故。

1、裝上反力支架，并緊固螺釘。開(kāi)動(dòng)主機(jī)，使方頭銷孔與反力支架孔相對(duì)應(yīng)，然后裝入扳手套筒，插上銷釘，并用橡膠圈固定。

2、將控制儀的扭矩旋鈕調(diào)到所需扭矩值，將主機(jī)正反開(kāi)關(guān)撥到正轉(zhuǎn)位置，把扳手套筒套在螺紋連接件的六方上。

4、扳手自動(dòng)停止后，靠反力支架的彈性形變力，使支架力臂自動(dòng)脫離支點(diǎn)，取下扳手。如力臂不能脫離支點(diǎn)時(shí)，可撥動(dòng)正反開(kāi)關(guān)，點(diǎn)動(dòng)電源開(kāi)關(guān)扳手即可取下。
4. After the wrench automatically stops, relying on the elastic deformation force of the counter force bracket, the force arm of the bracket automatically disengages from the fulcrum and the wrench is removed. If the lever arm cannot detach from the fulcrum, the forward and reverse switches can be toggled, and the power switch wrench can be removed by jogging.
